What is the return and exchange policy?
Following the delivery of an item, you have 14 days to initiate an exchange request by contacting the JJ team to explain the reason for your exchange (i.e. wish to exchange for a different size, colour, etc).
If the item is "in stock" and NOT personalized, customized, or made to order in any way, then it is eligible for exchange or store credit.
The customer is responsible for sending the product back to JJ in its original, unworn condition, either via postal service or dropping it off in person.
If you are dissatisfied, we will issue a return onto a JJ gift card which can be used for another purchase.
All personalized, made to order, or custom made items are excluded from this policy and are final sale.
