Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Jewellery.
Custom jewellery is a piece designed specifically for you to reflect your style and hopes for the piece. There are two ways to create a custom piece as discussed in the video. 1) Use ready-made components to assemble a new piece: This is typically more cost-effective, but relies on the components being available and somewhat standard. For example, if you are creating a floating round diamond necklace, the chains are already available, and so are the settings. The custom design process involves selecting your chain, length and setting type, but usually, they're all available and we don't need to design anything from scratch. 2) Design a brand new piece: This is often the route chosen for custom rings or other pieces that involve a unique design. While this is a more costly route to go, it allows you to design and create absolutely anything.
Custom jewellery is a piece designed specifically for you. Whether you’re creating an engagement ring, redesigning an heirloom, or celebrating a milestone, every detail—from the stone to the setting—is chosen to reflect your style and story.
Every project begins with a one-on-one consultation. Together, we’ll discuss your ideas, budget, gemstones, and inspiration before creating sketches and refining the design. Once approved, your jewellery is carefully handcrafted into a piece that’s uniquely yours.
Most custom jewellery projects take approximately 2–8 weeks. On average, most projects end up requiring 3-4 weeks, but the timeline depends on the project's scope, and if we need to source any stones. We’ll provide a timeline during your consultation so you know what to expect.
