Overview

When you contact our team, we will ask you for images of your current pieces, a description, and if you've given any thought to what you hope to achieve. For example, do you hope to transform your piece from a ring into a necklace?

We often redesign bridal sets (engagement rings, wedding bands), which involves removing the gems and creating a brand new setting for them.

We will need to inspect the stones to ensure they are in usable condition, and advise you of any potential issues.

Consultation - Design Work

It's time to think about what you want!

Some things to think about:
The type of piece you want to get - i.e. do you hope to transform grandma's necklace into a bracelet?

Are you open to adding more stones?

What is your style? Classic? Modern? Colourful?

Do you have any images of what you like?

Once we finalize a design together, we will create a CAD mockup for your approval.

Pricing

Pricing varies by project and depends on many factors.

Simple "resets" can be under $500, however most projects tend to fall at $1,000 and up.

We will provide you with a detailed quote before beginning any work.

If you wish, we can melt the leftover gold from your original piece and apply the value as a credit towards your new Jessica Jewellery!

Timeline

Re-designs vary in their timeline, depending on the scope of the work. Most projects take between 4-6 weeks, however some can take more or less, depending on the work involved.

All of the work is done in Toronto, Canada.
