Meet Jessica
Jessica grew up in the wholesale gold and diamond industry. As the daughter of one of Canada’s premier wholesale distributors, she developed an eye for jewellery trends while also recognizing what makes a quality product.
After completing an honors commerce degree from the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto, Jessica noticed friends talking about jewellery, commenting on the need for someone they can trust when making a purchase. From those brief conversations, Jessica started a private jewellery concierge service, whereby she utilized her unbeatable wholesale connections to help close friends with their special purchases. Through organic referrals and visual storytelling through her social media accounts, Jessica Jewellery went online, servicing clients all over the world.
Jessica specializes in creating modern, elegant and delicate custom pieces. She absolutely loves beautiful jewellery and enjoys helping clients get their dream accessories at affordable prices with excellent customer service along the way.
Jessica continues to spend most of her client time on bespoke pieces including bridal, heirloom transformations, and custom bespoke pieces. She continues to work one on one with valued clients whenever possible, whether remotely or in person at the North York office.

Jessica started this because she had unbeatable access to wholesale prices. Identifying an opportunity to pass along these prices, and to do what's right for the customer, Jessica knew she could disrupt the industry with remarkably fair prices.

Jessica's custom design business grew because of her attention to detail and thoughtfulness in design. With the customer always at heart, Jessica's designs consider the customer's comfort in wearing the piece, and crafting them with the same attention to detail she strives for in her own collection. That's what you get when you buy from JJ; someone who is thinking about you, and ensuring the pieces are made in a way that you'll love, with materials that will last.
Service:
Customer service is important in any industry, but historically, jewellers haven't always gotten it right. Whether you're shopping for a $25,000 engagement ring, or a $500 gift item, Jessica and her team believe wholeheartedly in the client experience.
I love my new initial and diamond necklace from Jessica Jewellery! I was looking for a necklace that was subtle and elegant with my sons' initials for the longest time. So glad I found what I was looking for and the necklace exceeded my expectations. The diamond is a big bonus too as it's my husband's birthstone so I have all 3 of my favourite men incorporated onto one necklace.
