  • How long does it take for an item to ship?

    In stock items will ship 3-5 business days following the date of purchase. Out of stock items will be marked “out of stock” and lead time will vary depending on the item. 

    Please refer to to the product page for more detail. 

    You will receive tracking information once your order has been sent. 

  • I need my order ASAP! Can you rush the order?

    If your order is a rush, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

  • Do you accept returns & exchanges?

    All sales are final. However, our #1 priority is to ensure our clients are happy with their purchases! Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us via email if you would like to exchange your order.  

    We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused.

    All personalized orders (including engraving, rings made to order or anything else that has been customized) are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged. If you have questions about personalizing a piece, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

    Jessica Jewellery is not responsible for return shipping charges. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • What if I need a repair?

    We take great pride in ensuring our pieces are made to the highest quality standards. However, jewelry, by nature, is very delicate and it is important to care for your pieces accordingly.

    We guarantee our pieces for 60 days from the date of purchase against defects. If you require a repair within 60 days of receipt of purchase, Jessica Jewellery will repair the item at no charge (assuming the breakage is caused by manufacturer defect). Please contact us in advance of sending us a repair with your name, phone number and address.

    Should you require a repair after 60 days, we can do so for an additional charge plus shipping and handling. Please contact us and we will determine the cost of your repair depending on what is required.

    Repairs may be refused if we believe that the items were damaged due to carelessness or misuse.

  • Do you accept custom orders?

    Yes! Many products on this website are available for customization. Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable. If you would like to work with Jessica on a completely custom design, please contact us via email.

  • How should I clean my Jessica Jewellery?

    Your Jessica Jewellery pieces are 100% gold with real diamonds and gemstones. To clean your pieces, Jessica recommends using a toothbrush and dish soap to softly brush your pieces under warm water. Don’t forget to clog your sink!!! Do not clean pearls with any harsh chemicals. Jessica Jewellery is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry and any harm done from cleaning with the wrong materials. 

  • How should I care for my Jessica Jewellery?

    Jewellery, by nature, is delicate. To keep your pieces in the best condition, Jessica recommends the following:

    Remove all jewellery before bed, showering, exercise, applying creams/lotions/perfumes, etc

    Lay your delicate chains out flat to ensure they do not tangle
