This includes any order that has been modified to suit your needs including:

  • Rings (that are made to order) 
  • Any engraved item
  • Personalized initial pieces
  • Any other item that has been customized in any way

All personalized orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have questions about personalizing a piece, please contact us prior to placing your order.

In Stock Items:

Non-personalized items are available for exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving the item.

Jessica Jewellery reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item has been damaged or misused.
