In stock items will ship within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. Items that are listed as “made to order” can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks for production.

Please note that selecting expedited shipping refers to the shipping time only. When expedited shipping is requested, we make every effort to rush the production as well.
We ship our packages as quickly as we can! We ship Monday to Friday. Please check the product descriptions for lead times required for each product.
Selecting faster shipping service will not expedite the production time, so if your order is a rush, please contact us prior to placing your order to be sure of lead times.
Standard shipping is via Canada Post. Orders over $500 (before tax/shipping) will require a signature on delivery.

Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Address Error
Did you enter the wrong address at checkout? Please contact Jessica Jewellery as QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE with the corrected address. The customer checking out is responsible for entering the shipping address correctly. If the package has not shipped yet, we will correct it for you and send it to the corrected address.
If the package has shipped and the address was entered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier to arrange for a delivery reroute. Unfortunately this is out of our control but we will help you as much as we can to correct the situation. If your package is sent back to Jessica Jewellery for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
Order Lead Time
All products are specified with their lead times. Most non-customized, in-stock items will ship 3-5 business days after your purchase.
Made to order items (all customized pieces) will ship ~2-6 weeks after purchase, unless otherwise specified.
We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent.
Shipping
Jessica Jewellery ships packages with the quickest possible lead times. Jessica Jewellery is not responsible for delays once the item has been sent.
Jessica Jewellery is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Jessica Jewellery is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather delays, technical issues with the shipping company, or because the customer is not home to sign for the package. If your package is sent back to Jessica Jewellery for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
International Orders
Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:
Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Jessica Jewellery is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Following the delivery of an item, you have 14 days to initiate an exchange request by contacting the JJ team to explain the reason for your exchange (i.e. wish to exchange for a different size, colour, etc).
If the item is "in stock" and NOT personalized, customized, or made to order in any way, then it is eligible for exchange or store credit.
The customer is responsible for sending the product back to JJ in its original, unworn condition, either via postal service or dropping it off in person at our North York office.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied, we will issue a return onto a JJ gift card which can be used for another purchase.
Exclusions
All personalized, made to order, or custom made items are excluded from this policy and are final sale.
